Image Control Is Not Displaying the Image In Mozilla Firefox

Question

Image1.ImageUrl = "D:/s1.jpg";
except firefox it works on all browser
here if i add the image in the website it works in all browser
Image1.ImageUrl = "~images/s1.jpg";
but if i try to refer from outside locatn of a website it doesnt work
in firefox
