I'm developing some testcontroller application in this two system

Question

I'm developing some testcontroller application in this two system are connected through LAN.I have two listbox and two button in one listbox i have set of checkbox the user will be able to select those checkbox and click of 'move' button i have some listed set of commands on each checkbox click those i will be listed on another listbox2.I have one more button called "sendto".The user will select list of commands from listbox2 maybe single or multiple commands and the above action is going on in system1 click the "sendto" button the selected commands should be displayed in another system2 in the command prompt.Its like client-server one system is acting as client which will send commands and another will receive that commands.I have created gui in windows application using c#.I have no idea how to do this.
Can any1 help me on this.
