IIS Taking CPU Usage 100%. Please resolve this

Dear All,

I have a installer msi which is taking more than 30 minutes to install a web application. Acctually it must be completed with 8 minutes. Upon checking task manager, I observed that IIS is taking CPU 100%. Please help.
