IIS sites are not working.

i have windows 2012, with iis 8, when i click on the site and browse it, it shows me this error

HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Observations.

1) when i give host name while creating the site it gives me this error.

2) if i don't give host name it runs fine.
