IIS Problem on Deploying ASp.net application

Question

Hi,

 

         I'm trying to deploy my asp.net application on IIS 8.5.  i couldn't get the application correctly. 

         

        1st time: It shows like  "HTTP 404" Requested page could not be found.   Then I registered the "Aspnet_regiis.exe" .

         Next time it shows like: Your requested page extension couldn't be map.. Handler mapping issue with MIME type of the requested page.

         

         Is there necessary to add the MIME types for (.asp, .aspx, .asmx). Can anybody help me out this ..
