IIS can't work on Firefox-403 ForHidden error??

Hello everyone! I have just setting IIS component but when i turn Firefox on and type "localhost" ,so it didn't display the default screen of IIS so it displayed like this:"

Directory Listing Denied

This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed."

I haven't change any properties in IIS yet. I don't know why. I refer a lot of site the talk about IIS :
