if code is run on godday that time loading time is more

same code if I have hosted in Godaddy Server that time loading time is more required but this code host on an IIS server that time not required loading time

 

 

how to resolve this Godaddy server problem if any suggestion?? 

 

how to overcome this loading time...I have optimized code
