Icons in systray

Question

Hi, i have a Windows service that launches an application every x time, this windows service has an icon in the systray and u can interact with him but my problem is i want to show an animated icon(like the MSN Messenge when u log in) when its downloading something from my web service. Any hints? Ty in advance for ur time.
