i want to Remove date /YYYY/MM/DD/ from URL

I want to remove date like so /yyyy/mm/dd/ in that url

www.mysite.it/post/2017/03/21/how-find-solution

 

and became so

www.mysite.it/post/how-find-solution 

 

Can you help me?
