I want to migrate from windows apllication to web based applications. Some brief question?

Hello every body,

By the way,
I just registered in this site and it is my first question in this forum. :)


I am somehow an expert in developing windows application and I virtually know every things about asp.net and web concept but, I haven't done any big asp.net project so far.

These are my questions :
 
First, is it possible for me to start an asp.net project as big as what i have done in windows application now? i mean "is there very much which i should be skilled in them?".

Second, What concepts are worthy to be learnt for designing and developing a web based CRM?

Third, any advices will be appreciated.
