I want to learn and develop Azure Services

Hi Everyone,

I hope you all are doing well. I am a .Net developer with 3 years of experience. As per technology updates i also willing to learn new things like Azure. I got there is the huge demand of Azure. So i want to add some skills of Azure in my resume. So can anyone guide me that from where i should start? Any good resource to learn ? Can i create Azure environment on local machine to learn things ?
