I want to image editor with selected areas object to movable

I had a similar requirement for my WPF project in the past to create an image editor application. I used the Annotations features from leadtools programing SDK. They have annotations stamp object that can have image (rectangular shaped object with an image in background). You can give the user the ability to draw a stamp object on the original image, use the object's coordinates to crop the image, and then set the cropped image as a background for your stamp object.
