I want to access one value in all project within 1solution

Hi friends,

Am currently working on wpf, here i want to access userid throught solution(multipleproject & libraries)(i have 5 project in single solution), how to access that userid without refering projects one to another, and is there anyway to access throw properties.settings or app.config, anyone can you give me the idea or code, (like session in web)..
