I want to access API methods form any other application

I have created one api application , ?

Now i want to access all methods from that api application, 

How i acess api mthods in any application (In diffirent language/pltform)

 

other language meanse .net or java application can access methods ... 

 

 

What is way to access methods OR any other solution for my senario...
