i want checkbox in gridview check/Uncheck based db value ??

Question

Hi All ,

 

           I want to Gridview checkbox check and Uncheck based on the value of the database value.This checbox in need to be check if the corresponding value have 'Y' Like If it is 'N' it should be remain unchecked in the gridview.

       

        If anyone knows suggest me with example code.
