I need to create a Form Generator

Hi, I need to create a form generator.. In which user want to select controls such as textbox and he need to fill in all details such as its name, id, runat size etc... after he clicks create an html code to be generated automatically for that in the screen.. i will give an example demo url.. please have a look in this and guide me how to create that.. http://www.bigprof.com/html-form-generator/index.php Plese do help me...
