I have two list boxes filled with subjects and classes?

Question

i have two list boxes filled with subjects and classes and i stored these multiple selection of classes and subjects are stored in sqlserver database with single column comma seperated ids.

but i run the application iam not getting these ids with corresponding classes and subjects names.please send me the code.
