I have one problem regarding to develop a database design?

Question

I need to save the documents like pdf, words, image files in database related to one particular user. But here i don't no how many columes i need to create.

 

Here i will give one example:

 

I have leased documents of one land. I need to store into database. I scanned one document i.e one document have several page right. Here i got a problem because i create fixed columes in database. if any person having more files what i created in database.

 

What should i do?

 

Give me solution for that.
