I have created a sub-domain and host my asp project there

Question

I have uploaded my asp.net project into my directory on hosting environment , but when i am going to browse the directory it gives that error 

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I have checked my web.config when i comment all handlers and each and every thing from web.config then it works fine ,
