i cant create new project in visual studio 2012 ultiamte rtm

when i want to creat a new windows application form c# in visual studio 2012 ultimate give me this error :" Visual Studio does not have permissions to read the template information from the system registry. This is often caused by registry permission problems"

how can i solve this problem?

Try to reinstall visual studio, and try to run as administrator
