I am very new to devexpress controls , from where to learn

Question

I am new to devexpress controls and i need to know from where to learn these controls i am famalier with the basic ASP.NET standard controls they just need drag and drop i need assistance how to master devexpress controls in just minimum time period.

any one can share the reference in have devexpress 13.2 installed on my machine
