i am using vs 2010 httpclient shows name space error

i am usig vs.net 2010 i want use code Httpclient for api but i got error name space missing i add ssytem.net.http dll but it will show error newget pakage manager online updation shows path not found it will not show syste.net even command promt also path not found error any one please help for this
