Hyperlink for data of DatGrid

Question

Hi,

 

I have DataGrid in WPF Application which is prepared at run-time after reading data(Column Name, Data for each rows) from file at run-time.

 

If I get "URL" as Column name then I have to add Hyperlink feature for Cell data.

 

I do I find the Column Header when user click Cell data.
