HttpException

Question

When I execute my web form, I got an exception like below. Where should i look fro the exception or how can i find the solution?? Please help me! I wrote the script like this... And my error: HttpException (0x80004005): Control 'txtPATIENT_NUMBER' of type 'TextBox' must be placed inside a form tag with runat=server.
