HTML5 Video Poster Image not work in IE and edge browser

Hope you are doing good!!

 

Here i am trying to add the video poster image in IE and Edge Browsers, 

It is working on Chrome and Firefox. 

 

But it is showing black blank frame.

 

 

Tried the below references also, But it is not working.
