HTML Button Coding

Question

i want to a coding on the back of a button in HTML Coding. I want to insert data like name,email,mobile and comments on the Submit button.

Kindly correct me if i am wrong in the following
       I have to make an Sql Connection to this HTML page,i will do this,as i normally do it in my other projects in asp.net or whether is there any other way of doing it
