How to Zoom and Panning Image inside the picturebox ??

my question is that, i have created an application with c# windows forms about  retrive and save image  with zoom in and zoom out features , now i want to pan image with zoom in and zoom out features how can i make it possible for my application i have no any idea about that ..

if possible can write the code also
