how to write code to send sms?

I am new to visual basic. For this, I am doing a major project on sending sms using vb.net. I have search on the net but there is no help for me. As visual basic is new to me, therefore i do not know how to start in writing the code for this application. I am doing this application in windows forms.Hope that anyone could help me.. thanks
