How to work with wpf application by microsoft blend 3 and vs 2008?

hi users.
i have a wpf application by microsoft blend 3 and vs 2008. now i want to client user can run my program from a cd that have a copy lock.
how can i insert program in cd that a user don't want to install any program even .net framework. it mean user should run program in cd autorun without install anything. is it possible?
