How to Work For Auto Update Exe

Question

Hai,

         I am Work in Retail management Project.My client use more than 50 systems.

when i give some update i would uninstall  old version Exe and install new update exe in all systems, it take lot time for update new exe for my client. 

plz give some idea for this process
