how to wait for 10 ms and some more questions

Hi I just want to know how can the execution wait for say 10 ms. I am drawing something (say a circle) and want to refresh it after 10 ms. Also how can I get the graphics card info using c#? How can I get the screen resolution of my monitor? sid
