HOw to use xml.Linq

Hi to all ....
Please guide me to use Linq to XML. Just i want to use LINQ language to access XMLs. But while i am adding System.Xml.Linq namespace I can't find that. I am using .Net FrameWork2.0 with VisualStudio2005. As known to me LINQ is in-buited with .net3.5. Can't we use this with .net2.0,or ahall we need Linq dll to be downloaded?
Please help me any one.
