How to Use the Path Corrected to indicate mine under Folder

Good morning everyone. My name is A.Maurizio and my problem with Visual Basic 2010 express is this:

I state that I am a beginner; Therefore I am not very practical:

Having said this the problem is this:

I would like to try to bring up an image that I would like to take from my work subfolder.

Now when I use the VBA if I want to indicate mine (Sub Folder) it would be enough to write the Term "thisworkbook.Path)" \ Name of my sub Folder \ Name of the file.PNG! Or (JPG) etc ...!

The same thing I would get if I worked with (VB6.0) only that in this case I would have to write (App.Path) etc ...!

Using the Vb 2010 express which is the exact term to point directly to my subfolder without having to write (C: \) etc ...!
