how to use Templates in visual studio

Question

hi friends,
I want to make an asp.net project(web application).I am unable to create good design of project so i want complete design of project from outside.Is there possible to do it?...i mean is there possibility to get a template with complete design.Please help me and sugges links for it.and also provide steps to use it in visual studio?
