How to use InstallShield LE From VS2012 to create WPF Setup?

Hello Everyone,

I did download and installed InstallShield from this url.

http://learn.flexerasoftware.com/content/IS-EVAL-InstallShield-Express

After trial period, I cannot create a setup file for WPF Windows Application with Visual Studio 2012.

1) Must I have to purchase this product ? or

2) Without purchasing, Is any way to create a Windows Application in WPF?

Kindly give me advice.
