how to use infopath template in VS 2008

Question

i m new in infopath 2007 to vs2008

 

i have some question to relented to environmental

1.We can work with infopath 2007 template form to VS2008 Sp1 in windwo xp 

2. without SharePoint i want to use this to my application 

please help me .......
