HOW TO USE FFMPEG IN ASP.NET APPLICATION

I want o create thumbnail of a image .for that i want to use ffmpeg tool.but i don't know how to use that.actually i downloaded that tool.in that i can't see the file called ffmpeg.exe..please help me
