how to use datatable with jquery without cdn/internet

Question

hello guys 

I used a datatable with jquery and its helped me more in print report , but i have a certain problem when i published this application on IIS serever , because this server protected by firewall for all links connected with internet as same time i use cdn of jquery and datatable.

 

so that i can not ability to load data from database because the firewall closed the links of jquery and datatable / cdn .
