How to use CKEditor in my Page

Hi,

I had placed the CK Editor in my web page.

For this CK Editor,I want to show the Remaining Characters.

I want to show the Remaining Characters, like the above link.

I had attached the both CSS and JQuery of the above link to my web page.

But it doesn't work .

Plz help me
