how to use bootstrap in static web page

hi guys

 

i am having a static web page it is desinged by my friend,he told to changed that site to responsive site..but there is no responsive in the web page and he using 3 files:

 

1.grid.css 

 2.fontawesome

3.stylesheet.css

 

i am already try with the bootstrap but the total content of webpage it will be collapsed..so please help..me.. 

how i will make the webpage to responsive ..
