How to upload the QuestionPaper in database

 Iam developed the OnLineExam  here am using Multiview control and also insert the Radiobuttons here no problem But here iam faced problem is how to upload the Question Paper in Database and user Click the NextButton Display the Next Question And prevoius button Click display previous questions please give suggestions and source Code .........
