How to upload a web service I have created??

Hi,

I created a new solution in Visual Studio 2005 Professional.

Within this I have:

- an asp.net web service
- an asp.net web page which makes use of the web service

Obviously all the code in there relates to accessing it from localhost.

What I need to know is how do I upload to my asp.net enabled web server? I want both the web service and the page that accesses it on the same server?

Could anybody offer any help? I tried searching google etc but found no answer or a tutorial etc.! Please help as it is quite urgent :-(
