How to upload a simple excel sheet on web for all user

Question

I have a simple excel form of products and i have different offices in different locations now I want to make it like a web application and every user can use this form to submit their data , and the form should get Updated on each insert and the next user should see the updated data , if simultaneously two user insert data then both of data should commit ,

 

what technology can i use ? i do not want to make a web application for that i need a ready made solutions like office365 may be or google drive may be
