How to update time portion only from Date Time column

I have a date time column 'ShopOpenDate' in my MyShop Table.

I need to update the time portion only to 10:00:00 for 'ShopOpenDate'.

Currently some data are '2019-01-11 10:00:00' and some are '2019-01-11 00:00:00'
