How to Update GridView Row?

Question

Hello friends,
I want to update grid view using popup menu control.
when i click on edit button a popup menu display and value of particular row fill in popup box field.
popup menu also show update and cancel button.
click on update button row updated and click on cancel button row not updated.

please help me!
