how to udate a row data automatically in aps.net

Hi All,

What is code in asp.net for a row update automatically update with 1% of current data every month of date 5. Please find the database sanpshot. I have a column loanamount.I want to update this coloumn with 1% on every month of dated 5 in asp.net. Please share code for this.
