how to trigger http post

Question

Hello,

 

i have a small confusion for my requirement. i just want to trigger the http post for the url which takes the input values and stores them in my database.

 

 

for examples,

 

 

url= http://www.yahoomail.com?username=XXXXX,Password=XXXXX

 

i want to pass the username and password in the url in the place or XXXX for both username and passsword to store the the response in my database table..... using triggers
