How to track ad clicks, impressions in asp.net c# for report

Question

Please suggest guys, I explain what I need. I have developed web application in asp.net c# it works for ads serving network. where advertisers can register and create text, banner ads with destination url. and another part publishers create account and generate html code or JavaScript code and put that code in their website where they want to show text, banner ads.

My question is that,

How to generate this code and show randomly ads on publishers website?

And How to track ad clicks and impressions when visitors click on ad url and show reports in real time in their dashboard respectively?
