How to track action of user on asp.net application !!

Question

Dear All,

 

I have a requirement where need to track the entire action taken by user once he/she login to logout in my web application.

My application has log/logout then some dataextraction module with downloading the file.

 

now i have to track down action of user i.e. which filter he/she selected in module and which data extracted by downloading button.

 

Please help here.
