How to test for ServiceBusMessage in Azure

Does anyone ever worked with servicebus-message in azure? If so i have a console application that attempts to send message to servicebus with its queuename. i am using my connectionstring and queuename, but i am unable to connect it to the portal. im getting an exception to the receiver.

 

What could be the problem to my application? Some guidance will be likely appreciated, thanks.
